HOW TO FIND US
By road: Post code for Sat Nav NR12 9LN, Staithe Cottage. Once you ‘have arrived at your destination’, follow the brown tourist sign with a picture of a boat on. We are on the A149, between Wroxham and Stalham. Alternatively, without Sat nav the easiest, not the quickest, route is:- from the A47 follow the signs for the Broads until Acle, then take the exit to the A1064 (sign posted ‘The Broads’). After 2 miles turn left onto B1152, signposted Clippesby , Potter Heigham. Stay straight on the this road, heading towards Potter Heigham for 2.9 miles. At the end of the road turn left onto the A149 sign posted Potter Heigham, Stalham & Wroxham. Stay on the A149 for 7.5 miles, we are on the left hand side just over the Bridge, diagonally opposite the Wayford Bridge hotel.
By train:- Our nearest station is Hoveton and Wroxham, 5.3 miles away, then you will need to have arranged a taxi or lift from the station to us.
By river:- we are at the Northern tip of the Norfolk Broads system, on the River Ant.
